Professor Michael Umale Adikwu is a distinguished academic, institutional administrator, strategic planning expert, and accomplished public sector leader with decades of experience in higher education governance, institutional reform, strategic leadership, policy implementation, and organizational transformation.
A Professor of Pharmaceutics and former Vice Chancellor of the University of Abuja (2014–2019), Professor Adikwu is widely respected for his leadership in institutional restructuring, governance stabilization, research development, and administrative reforms within Nigeria's higher education sector. His tenure as Vice Chancellor was marked by significant improvements in institutional planning, transparency, infrastructural development, academic stability, and stakeholder coordination.
